Moments Matter… Seconds Count.

As a VECCS Certified Level 1 facility and a VetCOT Provisional Trauma Center, we specialize in life-threatening emergencies.

Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital will accept your emergency patients 24/7. You may direct transfer your patients to BBVSH for emergency critical care or you can tell your clients to go straight to us as a walk-in (no referral is required). Referrals for care from a board-certified criticalist are also accepted both for urgent and emergent cases.
Guide your clients: Please direct your patients to BBVSH on your afterhours voicemail and website. You can also request client materials, such as direction postcards and window clings, through our RDVM Support page.
